This was definitely not a 4 star hotel
We`ve never had before a dirty hotel like this
The bathroom and room were very dirty (much hairs and dust)
The carpet in the hotel was filled with dirty stains
Dirty towels weren`t replaced
The staff was only nice if you gave them a tip
The daily buffet was nice decorated but the food was of poor quality
At 6 pm there was already a large group waiting in front of the restaurant
When we came around 8 o'clock there was little left of the vegetables and meat on the buffet
In the store of the hotel they tried to charge too much every time
This was our first and thankfully last bad experience in Cuba
The hotel was nicely situated on the beach and had a lovely garden
with a large pool with plenty of loungers
This lizard with nice curl in his tail walked around at the pool
