the hills of Altiplanicie the Nipe
In this hills are many Cuban pine (Pinus
cubensis, a endemic tree), and more than a hundred plants found only in Cuba
This rainy area is a botanical treasure, since the eighties is watched from a station of the Academy of Sciences
They also care about protecting the decimated number of rare animals
