Hotel Brisas **** in Guardalavaca is situated on a beautiful
sandy beach with palm trees

The water is clear and about 28 degrees Celsius so lovely to swim or snorkel

Romantic wedding on the beach

The complex consists a hotel and villas

We had a room in a villa which was very spacious and clean

From our balcony we had a view of the garden and pool

Throughout the garden and on the beach hammocks hanging
between palm trees

There is a tea garden which is open every day from 15.00-16.30

During our first visit, eight years earlier, it was nice and quiet during the day and there was live Cuban Music in the evening

Unfortunately, there was now entertainment throughout the day

On the beach you hear sometimes two different types of (mostly Western) music together

In the evening you hear sometimes three types of Music/TV together

We were sorry that so little Cuban music was played this time

The staff said Canadians like 24 hours per day alcohol, burgers
and Western music

The hotel depends on them, because 80% of the guests is Canadian

You could make use of paddle boats, canoes or sailing a catamaran

Unfortunately, Canadians reserved before 7 o'clock in the morning the sun beds by towels and Canadian flags

Sometimes they made no use of the sunbeds before afternoon

It would be better if the hotel would prohibit reservation

Despite the entertainment and reserved sun beds we have again enjoyed the friendly staff, the beautiful garden and the tropical beach
